FDA: Updated Tobacco Retailer Training Programs Guidance

FDA Published the Updated Guidance "Tobacco Retailer Training Programs". 

 June 18, 2018

Today, FDA published the updated guidance, "Tobacco Retailer Training Programs". The guidance has been revised to clarify that retailers may continue to sell and distribute tobacco products with packaging that does not bear the required health warning statements after the effective date, but only if the products were manufacturered before the effective date of the health warning statement requirements, August 10, 2018.
